Dr. Nina Fischer is a lawyer at GRUB BRUGGER’s Stuttgart location. She mainly advises on corporate and insolvency law.
Education:
Dr. Nina Fischer studied law with a minor in European law at Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg from 2014 to 2019. During her studies, she completed an Erasmus exchange at the University of Leuven (Belgium). In July 2019, she passed her first state law examination. She then worked as a research assistant and lecturer at the Chair of International Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Economic and Tax Criminal Law at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. At the same time, she wrote her dissertation on a corporate law topic and completed a postgraduate degree in European law (LL.M. Eur.). She completed her legal clerkship (2021-2023) at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg (Regional Court of Würzburg). Nina Fischer has been working as a licensed lawyer in Stuttgart since January 2024.
