Ms. Waldvogel’s main focus of work is on individual and collective employment law, in particular at the interface to insolvency law.
Ms. Waldvogel advises companies and insolvency administrators on all matters of labour law. She represents the interests of companies vis-à-vis employees, works council committees and authorities in negotiations, arbitration proceedings, decision-making procedures and other legal proceedings, in particular dismissal protection proceedings in labour courts.
The drafting of employment contracts, company agreements and collective bargaining agreements are all part of Ms. Waldvogel’s activities. Negotiations with works councils and trades unions on reconciliations of interests and redundancy schemes form an essential part of her work in the context of advising companies on restructuring.
Moreover, Ms. Waldvogel’s duties also include advising and representing managers, board members and other executives.
