He represents insolvency administrators in the assertion of claims under insolvency and corporate law and also third parties in the defense or assertion of claims against insolvency administrators, such as shareholders, managing directors, persons entitled to segregation and separation and insolvency creditors (in particular insolvency avoidance and directors' and officers' liability).
In the field of corporate law, he is particularly active in M&A transactions (often restructuring-related), the drafting of articles of association and corporate structures, and corporate disputes.
Dr. Julius Beck is a lecturer for insolvency law (insolvency-related advice/creditor advice) at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences.
