Dr. Ulrike Helling is a lawyer at GRUB BRUGGER’s Munich location.

She advises in the field of reorganisation and restructuring. She supports the development and implementation of reorganisation plans and sales processes in transferring reorganisations resulting from bankruptcy. The management of complex litigation in a commercial law environment, partly associated with major insolvency proceedings, is just as much a part of her activities.  

Dr. Helling has exceptional expertise in intellectual property and licensing law. She advises in both contract arrangement and in the maintenance and enforcement of rights and claims.
