Experience:
She advises companies and their coporate bodies in crisis situations on all aspects of out-of-court and in-court restructurings. A particular focus of her practice is the structuring and negotiation of restructuring financings as well as advising managing directors on their duties in times of crisis, in particular with respect to obligations to file for insolvency and the avoidance of liability risks.
Further areas of focus include advising creditors in connection with the crisis and insolvency of their contractual counterparties as well as the support, conception, and execution of corporate transactions (M&A), particularly in the context of restructuring-related corporate transactions (distressed M&A).
