Nora Sickeler is a lawyer and partner at the GRUB BRUGGER law firm in Stuttgart. As a specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law, she is active in the field of insolvency administration. Since 2021, she has been appointed as insolvency administrator. Her focus is on the continuation and reorganisation of companies in regular and self-administration proceedings. Most recently, she has supported companies from the automotive industry and the retail, star gastronomy and personal services trades, among others. In addition to successfully completing a master’s degree in corporate restructuring (LL.M. corp. restruc.), she has also completed a specialist course in tax law. Since 2022, she has been a member of the advisory board in the „Verband Insolvenzverwalter und Sachwalter Deutschlands e.V. (VID) (Registered Association of Insolvency Administrators). She is a lecturer at the Allensbach University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz and a lecturer in contract law at the Berufsverband Stahlhandel e.V. (Steel Trade Association). She has also worked for the Central Debt Counseling Service in Stuttgart on a voluntary basis for several years.
