Rosanna Schmid

Experience:

Rosanna Schmid is a lawyer at GRUB BRUGGER in the Stuttgart office.

Ms. Schmid advises on all matters of individual and collective employment law, both within and outside of insolvency proceedings.

The focus of her advisory practice lies in conducting unfair dismissal proceedings and other employment litigation. Drafting employment contracts and works council agreements is also part of her advisory services, as is advising on works constitution law matters.

In connection with advising companies on transformation and restructuring, including during times of crisis, she also handles reconciliation of interests negotiations and social plan negotiations with works councils.
