Ursula Thein is a lawyer and partner at GRUB BRUGGER’s Stuttgart location.
She has been a specialist lawyer involved in labour law since 25 March 1998. The focus of her activities is labour law, both within and outside of bankruptcy situations. She also has special expertise at the interface to insolvency law.
Ms. Thein is a contact person in all individual and collective labour law questions. Her work includes drafting employment contracts, company agreements and collective bargaining agreements, conducting litigation, and providing advice related to temporary employment and company pension schemes. The main points of focus of her work include advising and representing companies and insolvency administrators on labour law due diligence in connection with company acquisitions or sales and advising on company restructuring – particularly concerning crisis-ridden companies. Her duties also include negotiating with works councils and trade unions, especially in reconciling interests and in social plan negotiations.
Another of Ms. Thein’s particular areas of activity is advising and representing managers, directors and other executives.
