Maximilian Walter

Experience:

Maximilian Walter holds a Master of Science (M.Sc., CEMS) in International Management and works at GRUB BRUGGER in Stuttgart. His focus lies in the areas of insolvency administration and debtor-in-possession (Eigenverwaltung).

His work primarily focuses on the continuation and restructuring of companies in regular insolvency proceedings, debtor-in-possession proceedings (Eigenverwaltung), and protective shield proceedings. He specialises in the restructuring of distressed mid-sized and large companies, including internationally operating businesses. In this context, he advises companies in the automotive industry, trade, and mechanical and plant engineering sectors.

Prior to joining GRUB BRUGGER, Maximilian Walter gained valuable experience in management consulting with a focus on Corporate Finance and M&A, as well as practical experience in the automotive supplier industry as part of a dual study program.
